With a season of significant transitions—including a revamped coaching staff, high player turnover, and seasoned players stepping into coaching roles due to injuries—the team is committed to shaping a strong, cohesive unit ready for regional competition. They practice and play their games at the Harmony Grove Soccer Complex, a central hub for club activities and games in Lilburn

The Gwinnett Lions women's team is an exciting, fast-developing addition to the club. This team recently played its inaugural match in the Lions' colors and provides an empowering space for women interested in rugby. It aims to help women feel powerful, take charge, and find supportive friendships and growth opportunities on and off the field.

Beyond senior rugby, the Gwinnett Lions aspire to expand, with ambitions to start a youth and high school club side. By investing in younger athletes, the club looks to create a solid foundation for future talent, instilling the values of sportsmanship, discipline, and dedication from an early age. 

To support these efforts, the Gwinnett Lions have established the 'Pride Partners Program,' a sponsorship initiative that invites local businesses and community members to become part of the club’s journey. The program's highest sponsorship level, the 'Lionheart Champion - Title Sponsor,' is reserved for those who want to make a substantial impact in supporting the club's growth and initiatives.

With the help of the club's fan community—known as the Gwinnett Guardians—the Gwinnett Lions strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all fans and players. In addition, player shoutouts are given through the 'Roar' program, recognizing players who consistently attend training, contributing to the club's spirit and performance.
