Men Senior Team: The Gwinnett Lions Men’s Senior Team is open to players ages 18 and older. As part of the Georgia Rugby Union, the team competes in Division 3 matches against other clubs across the state. Players will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and teamwork with the ultimate goal of earning a spot in the national playoff pathway, representing Georgia on the national stage.
Lady Lions Senior Team: The Gwinnett Lady Lions compete in the Georgia-only women's rugby competition, facing off against other women’s teams within the Georgia Rugby Union. Open to players ages 18 and up, the team provides a competitive and supportive environment for athletes looking to challenge themselves, grow in the sport, and represent Gwinnett on the state level.
First Training Expectations: Learn about the basic gear you'll need to hit the field. Know what to expect when you attend your first practice. We’ll cover everything from warm-ups to drills and the importance of teamwork and communication on the field.
Getting CIPPed: Before you can play your first match, you’ll need to complete the CIPP (Club and Individual Player Program) registration. We’ll guide you through the process so you can be ready to join the game.
Paying Team Dues: Understanding your team dues is crucial to your involvement with the club. We’ll explain the process and how your dues contribute to the club’s success and growth.
